This spring, we invite you to join us for an exploration of The Future of Ranching in the West. Experts representing a range of perspectives will convene to discuss the most pressing issues confronting ranchers in the Silver State. In the heart of Nevada, the Carson Valley will serve as the setting for discussing these complex issues.
This interdisciplinary conference brings together academics, practitioners, and policymakers to share knowledge and ideas about the Rural West, catalyzing scholarship and solutions to this region’s pressing problems.
The conference will include two panel discussions focused on rangeland fires and wild horses.
